Heidi Ann Lepp, Partner and Co-Founder, has been practicing family law since 1993. She is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a matrimonial attorney and is both a trained mediator and collaboratively trained practitioner. Ms. Lepp is a Past President of the Somerset County Bar Association and has lectured/presented at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
